How we process your yarn

First Step When your wool is first sent to us, we bundle it and give it an order ID. It is stored in our facility until the machinery is prepared, by thorough cleaning between orders, to begin processing.
Greasy Picker It is first put through our greasy picker, twice, to remove any large vegetable and other matter, in preparation for scouring.
Scouring Zone This is our scouring zone. We have 4 washers, a centrifugal water extractor and dryers. Every machine is thoroughly cleaned between lots.
Clean Picker This is our Clean Picker.
Blending Area This is our Blending Area. We custom blend the yarn in layers, to your specifications.
Carding Machine
